The Skin Doctor’s Handbook- Conclusion
I hope you have found this little book interesting, and useful.
I have spent a lot of time writing it, using my fifteen years’ experience of treating patients with skin problems, as well as researching the latest products for many conditions.
I have provided detailed, but hopefully understandable- information about your skin, what can go wrong, and how to fix the problem by following my directions, with a good understanding of the products you are using, and why, so that you can start looking after your skin right away.
I have described skin care regimens for many types of people and skin problems, so hopefully you will find the regimen for you. I am sure you will notice significant changes within the first month of using whatever regime suits you.
You should consider using a skincare regime, even if you think your skin is OK- regular use can be not much more time-consuming than having a shave or cleaning your teeth. And as your dentist or doctor will tell you, prevention is far better than cure. I have compiled a skincare regimen for people who don’t think they have skin problems.
There are hyperlinks with the products, taking you to the manufacturer, for purchasing options. I have affiliate links with some of the manufacturers, so if you purchase through the links in the book, I will receive a small commission.
Now before you think, Oh he’s just trying to make money by selling products, I want to remind you that:
Many products I have recommended are lower-budget products, like CeraVe, Neutrogena, and Paula’s Choice brands. I have chosen them because they are effective and affordable, not to maximize my profits!
Additionally, I have provided a wealth of information unrelated to purchasing products, including insights into how your skin functions, the impact of the sun on your skin, and detailed articles on various skin conditions.
So as they say on YouTube, please give a thumbs up and buy me a cup of coffee if you like what you have read.” It goes a long way”.
With best wishes for a healthy, happy, self-confident future.
