Case Studies

FULL CASE STUDIES- SHOWING THE SORT OF BENEFITS YOU TOO CAN ACHIEVE

PLEASE NOTE

The products I used on these patients were available from the manufacturer who ran the skin care course I did before starting to use these products. They are only available to doctors and skin therapists who have done full training in the use of these products.

They are not the same products that I have described in my articles on skin conditions, but they are very similar, and I expect you will achieve similar results if you follow my directions. The good thing is, you can purchase them and use them yourself, and if you follow my directions, you will notice a significant improvement in your skin’s condition.

The skin care products I was compounding had a rich lipid (fatty) cream base, and this provided both moisturizing and anti-aging benefits

I did not recommend separate toners or moisturizers; however, I advised all these patients to use CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser or Aveeno Body Wash (containing colloidal oatmeal) instead of soap. I’m sure some of the improvement was due to their skin having a break from being assaulted by the alkaline soaps and other products they had been using.

That being said, I still consider the combination treatments I have recommended to be your best option. They combine many ingredients including the new peptides and growth factors, which improve their effectiveness greatly.

For those on a budget and time-conscious, I have included an “essentials only” table at the start of these articles.

The 45-Year Old Australian Gardener

A common problem I see in men’s skin is chronic sun damage with dehydration that appears as dry, inflamed, leathery skin with a few brown blotches. In other words, premature aging is seen in both men and women.

A74-Year-Old Woman with Aged, Sun-Damaged Skin

When she initially came to me to see if anything could be done for her wrinkles, she was hesitant to ask for help with her overall appearance “given my age”. When she expressed she felt a bit vain,

The 34-Year-Old Sailing Instructor

This 34-year-old, very fit man does a lot of bicycle riding and sailing. As you can see from the first photos, he already has sun-induced damage to his face with pigmentation and early fine lines and wrinkles.

The Transformed Face of a Fisherman

The second case below is a man in his early 60s who had spent many years working as a fisherman in northern Australia. He didn’t use any sun protection,

A 60-Year-Old Woman with Wrinkling and Pigmentation

This delightful 60-year-old woman came to see me because she was concerned about her wrinkles, uneven complexion, and sagging skin, especially around her neck and jawline.

A 63-Year-Old Ex-Smoker with Prematurely Aged Skin

This woman looked about ten years older than her stated age. She hadn’t taken care of her skin very well, so there were signs of dryness, pigmentation and wrinkling.

A 67-Year-Old Woman with Chronically Inflamed, Irritated Skin

During her first visit, this 67-year-old woman asked if anything could be done for “the capillaries on my face”. She said they had been present for many years, and nothing she used seemed to help. And in fact, her condition often became worse.
